Artist's Statement
“I was blessed with a natural ability to draw and paint, and from an early age, I had little doubt that my passion for painting would frame my life.
With my individual style and vision - and somewhat solitary nature, I found art college wasn't for me, so I dropped out to develop in my own way.
The whimsical characters of my imagination conjure wistful pictures of a bygone once upon a time world, sometimes lighthearted, sometimes with the darkness of a fairytale. Mainly, I paint in acrylics on paper, and am influenced by the changing moods created by the play of light.
I hope my paintings will allow viewers to create their own stories.”
